I accept private pay only and require clients to keep a credit or debit card on file. All session fees are due at the time of service unless other arrangements have been made prior to your session.

Forms of payment: cash, check, Health Savings Account, Flex Spending Account, major credit cards.


I am an out-of-network provider, however, many insurance companies  will reimburse a percentage of the session cost. Insurance plan coverage varies widely, so please check with your provider for specific coverage and rates of reimbursement.

Helpful questions to ask your insurance company:

*Do I have behavioral health coverage?                                                   

*What percentage of my bill will be covered for services obtained by an out-of-network provider?                                                                                   

*How many sessions will be covered per calendar year?                         

*What is my deductible and has it been met?

If you choose to seek reimbursement, I will provide you with a "Super Bill" that lists your diagnosis and other necessary information. I can provide you with this statement weekly or monthly, which you are responsible for submitting to your insurance company.

Many clients prefer to choose their own care professional, rather than one dictated by the restraints of in-network managed care. This allows control over confidentiality and information released to insurance providers. They require a diagnosis for payment and keep records of treatment, which may not be beneficial to some clients based on their profession or other factors. I am happy to discuss your specific situation during your initial consultation.
